Biography
Educated at the University of Copenhagen and Aix-en-Provence, France, College of Art, Buffalo, New York and California.
Vilsboell specializes in Japanese papermaking, paints with paper and pigments and is the President of the International Association of Hand Papermakers and Paper Artists. Anne Vilsboell is strongly influenced by the Nordic and Indian mythologies. She often travels to India to get inspiration for her work. In December 2000 she was awarded the prestigious Danish Rockwool art prize.
Anne Vilsboell's work has been exhibited around the world.
